Franke A1000 Coffee System

The A1000 from Franke introduces a new kind of intelligence to expect from an automatic espresso machine. To offer the widest range of choice possible, the Franke A1000 employs two high-precision ceramic grinders for two different varieties of beans, two powder units for milk and chocolate infused drinks, and an optional flavor station for up to six flavors to put a spin on your coffee creations. A third grinder can be added for more variety. Three boilers for hot water, brewing, and steam maximize output with the ability to dispense hot water for tea, brew coffee, and steam simultaneously. Franke’s patented brew group uses a 43mm and 50 mm sieve and a needle filter, which can be removed for easy maintenance from the front of the machine.

The CleanMaster cleaning system is quick and fully automatic in keeping with HACCP standards. A hygienic milk container system stores up to two milk varieties and cools with parallel refrigeration circuits. The FoamMaster produces thick, layered milk foam even at the highest demands and output. Combinations of hot and cold milk foam, or hot and cold milk allow for creative interplay and unique delicacies.

A fully functional 10.4 inch touchscreen multimedia display offers customizable menus, complemented by HD video and sound. The drinks menu features artful pictures of the different drink options with self-service operation that lets guests choose what they want on their own. From the menu, you can choose a product, cup size, and add an extra flavor, all while a video with sound or nutritional and allergen info provides insight into your selection. The menu can handle large orders easily, processed by the A1000 in a single step. Custom videos can be used for advertising or cross-selling, and the interface can be easily configured to highlight any seasonal campaign.
