The Technivorm Moccamaster KBT 741 is a 10-cup coffeemaker built to match the demanding standards of the SCAA. Handmade by the Technivorm staff in their factory in the Netherlands, each Moccamaster is built with a heating element that monitors brew temperature to ensure that your coffee is brewed in ideal conditions. Built to last, Moccamasters feature durable copper heating elements and metal housing.

To brew, the Moccamaster uses a unique 9-hole showerhead that soaks the grounds evenly for ideal extraction conditions. The machine can brew up to 10 cups of coffee in just six minutes and it is recommended that you pre-heat the thermal carafe ahead of time and brew an entire 10 cups in order to ensure temperature stability. The water reservoir is made of clear plastic and is labeled with increments from 2 to 10 cups allowing you to measure the precise amount of water you need. When adding ground coffee, the Moccamaster is compatible with both paper and gold tone filters.

The Moccamaster also features Technivorm’s drip stop brew basket that allows you to brew a half pot, full pot, or stop dripping entirely for a quick cup of coffee before the brew cycle completes.
